We support the shop systems Shopify and WooCommerce, along with any MCP-compatible AI setup, including ChatGPT and Claude. Other systems can use our REST API to build a custom integration.
Yes, you need an agreement with at least one carrier. Some of our competitors re-sell shipping from the carriers, but we firmly believe you benefit the most from having a direct agreement with the carrier.
An example could be asking “What happened to order #123?” — the AI client looks up the tracking number, tracks the parcel and figures out it was delayed, but is now ready for pickup at the pickup location. It can also be as simple as saying “Create a shipping label to Maria” — the AI client figures out the address, the best possible delivery method, and makes the booking.
You can start with your phone, using its camera as the barcode scanner. As your volumes grow, you’ll probably want to invest in a dedicated handheld device with a built-in barcode scanner.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation takes effect immediately: your subscription simply won’t be renewed, and you won’t be charged again. The period you have already paid for — a month or a year, depending on your billing period — is not refunded.
